How can I extract the correlation table in MetaboAnalystR?

Hello,
I am using your R package MetaboAnalystR.
How can I extract a correlation table from the mSet object? I can see that PlotCorrHeatMap is plotting the heatmap, but I can’t save the correlation table.

We are currently working on a new release of MetaboAnalystR, I will forward this to the team and see if we can accomodate this feature.

Yes, the underlying table will be saved to the current folder when this function is called
