Help with Bug - Cannot change colors of iPCA 2D scores plot in multivariate (metadata table) analysis

Hello,

We are in the final stages of preparing a manuscript for submission. I have been attempting to change the colors in a multivariate PCA 2D scores plot (time series + one factor), but have been getting 404 messages when I ask the program to produce the updated .png file.

I have no issues changing the colors of one-factor PCA 2D scores plot using the same dataset (select the palette icon, choose the desired colors with the palette or entering hex codes, updating the figure, and finally downloading the .png of the figure). While the multivariate analysis module offers all the same options, after clicking on the figure to download, a 404 error appears. Multiple people in our lab have tried to bypass/solve the issue, as well as on multiple operating systems/browsers, but have not been successful.

We do not want to use the default colors since they are not color-blind friendly, and do not match the color scheme of our other figures. The multivariate analysis module also does not offer a grayscale option the way the one-factor analysis does, and we cannot reasonably replace our current multivariate PCA 2D scores plot with a one-factor PCA.

Any assistance you can provide would be extremely helpful! We are very excited about the data in this manuscript, and want to make sure we present it in the best possible way.

Thank you,
Monica

Thanks for the note. Can you provide more specifics on the issue? Are you using the latest version (2025-R2)?
