The metabolyte in the heatmap shows truncated names. Ex - “1-palmityl-2-arachidonoyl-GPC (O-16:0/20:4)*” shows up as “1-palmityl-2-ara”. I have multiple actual metabolyte names which match the shown value “1-palmityl-2-ara”, so I can’t confirm what is the actual metabolyte for that row.
