I am running metaboanalyst in R due to a large set of data. All heatmap generated are downloaded as json files (heatmap_0.json). Any clue about visualizing this file?

Yes, the function was updated recently. For heatmap on local R pacakge, the function name is
PlotStaticHeatMap
