Hi, I have noticed that when you click group order matters, the output on PCA and PLS-DA plots change, including the % on the principal components and the list of annotations. I am struggling to understand why this would be, because the underlying data is exactly the same. Could you please provide some information? If it because it is looking for patterns? Many thanks.
