General error in statistical analysis (one factor)

Hi all,

I receive the general error landing page when I try to perform statistical anaysis (one factor) on my dataset. The example file (lcms_table) works fine.

When uploading the file it seems that the dataset is correct (screenshot below):

Then I performed:

  • data filtering: reliability filter (none), variance filter (IQR), abundance filter (mean intensity value)
  • normalization/scaling: sample normalization and transformation (none), scaling (pareto)

Following selection of the groups (in data editor) and further normalization, I selected the volcano plot analysis. Processing of the data was quite long and ended with this error:
