I have GC-MS total ion chromatogram data of plant root metabolites with retention time of each peak, m/z value and the area of each peak in pdf format. I want to do functional analysis but whenever I am uploading my data in csv format. it is always failing to process and showing error in data. please provide me information about how to enter the data in excel before converting it to csv.
