Functional Analysis without M/Z

Hello,

I am trying to analyze data utilizing Functional Analysis, however I do not have the mass to charge ratio of the compounds I am studying. My data includes the names of the metabolites in each sample, but I do not have their numeric mass values. Is there a way to use the software without this information?

Have you tried the modules “Enrichment Analysis” or “Pathway Analysis” (both accept compound names)? “Functional Analysis” is pathway analysis but for LC-MS peaks
