Functional Analysis - troubleshooting

Hello,

Today, I tried to use Functional Analysis ‘A peak list profile’ function for one column m/z data. However I could not ‘submit’ the file (example file yielding such a response attached). Similarly, example dataset ‘dendritic cells’ resulted in the same problem.

Hi, this issue has been fixed. Thanks for reporting. MetaboAnalyst will be updated in 24hours.
BTW, I noticed that your data format is incorrect. You need to replace all commas inside the data file with decimal point.
