This query is in reference to Project ID 10369 on Metaboanalyst Pro. The number of pathways identified here are too small. Logging into the project should provide the relevant parameters. Please let me know if I should add the analysis parameters here. I want to know if something different needs to be done from my end.

Thanks for your post. Since we usually don’t touch users’ Project due to the privicy policy, can you please share your data, together with you parameters+steps with me. I will have a look at your case.
