When uploading files in raw data processing, the files do not upload and the meter for uploading stays the same. The meter is always white as seen in the image attached and it does not move no matter how long I wait or how small the files are. When I press proceed, the website refreshes and I have to upload my files again which repeats the same thing again. I have adhered to the data format rules but still does not seem to help as the meter does not change, is there any way to resolve this issue?
