I am doing a simple Pearson correlation analysis on MetaboAnalystR. The tutorial was helpful in creating the heat map, however I am not sure how to extract the p-values.
I did try to directly download it using the online Metaboanalyst, however the processing time takes a really long time and the website times out before it completes (maybe I have too many samples? My dataset has 64 pairs of samples).
Ideally I can take it straight from online MetaboAnalyst but it never completes processing.
Appreciate any help for this simple yet frustrating (for me) issue!
