The web browser 3-D PCA plot data points become opaque/white after updating for different colors in the statistical analysis [one factor] module.
This is the normal 3-D PCA plot with red and green default settings. Red and green colors can be an issue for people with red/green color blindness.
Below is the new 3-D PCA plot that I produce after changing the color options and updating the 3-D PCA plot. Is there a way to correct for this issue?
