Error Report: KEGG (G+M) Enrichment Analysis Failed

Dear Xia Team,

I would like to report an issue encountered with the KEGG (G+M) enrichment analysis.

Today (Beijing Time, December 27 at 15:30), the KEGG (G+M) enrichment analysis consistently failed and returned the following error message:

Failed to perform enrichment test! The selected database may not contain molecules in the current network!

I attempted to resolve the issue by adding more molecules (genes and metabolites) to the network; however, the enrichment analysis still could not be performed.

The attachment is a screenshot.

Notably, the same or very similar data and workflow worked normally yesterday, and this error did not occur at that time. Therefore, this issue may be related to a recent database update, server-side change, or temporary system problem.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Best regards,

Sun

2.2) Metabolites > Use example [Default] > Upload

2.3) proceed

3.1) Protein >

  • 3.1.1[Protein-protein > InnateDB > Submit];

  • 3.1.2[Metabolite-protein > KEGG (Organism-specific) > Submit ]

3.2) Metabolite >

  • 3.2.1[Metabolite-protein > KEGG (Organism-specific) > Submit ]

3.3) proceed > proceed > 2D > proceed

4.3) All nodes > KEGG(G+M) > submit

Dear SyjZhu,

The issue has been resolved, please try again.

Thanks,
