Error on step of “Overview of Differentially Expressed (DE) Genes”

Hi Guangyan,
Same issue happened again when I run ecotoxXplorer. Please see my previous ticket opened on Oct 3. I cannot proceed with the ‘Overview of Differentially Expressed (DE) Genes’ step when the ‘Specify analysis’ option is set to ‘Dose-response analysis’; “specify organism” is 'O.mykiss (rainbow trout); “speicify chip version” is version 0.1; “specify chip size” is 384. I sent all the data required to you last time.

By the way, I have another question: Is it possible to use “DESeq2” as one of the statistical methods for differential gene expression analysis?
