For a couple of weeks now, I have been trying to use Metaboanalyst to do an ANOVA analysis on a metabolomics study with two independent variables. I use the Statistical Analysis [metadata table]. Everything usually goes well, until the point where i click on the “ANOVA2” analysis on the side bar, then it turns in error message “unknown error”
I thought it was my data that had issues, so I tried using all five of your test data but the same error message is shown.
Please help.
