Error: last one being the most relevant

I tried to upload a file a couple of times but it has a persistent error saying:
ErrorFailed to read in the CSV file.
Possible causes of error (last one being the most relevant):
Unknown Error Occurred.

I tried with one of the old files i have used in the past and it works file. Please advise how to proceed.

Can you provide the data file you are getting error with so I can checkout what is wrong?

Dear Znk,

There are some issues with formatting. There is an extra cell on top of the “Label” column that will cause misalignment of the table. And secondly, there are duplicate features in the rows that need to be addressed. The table should have unique features.
