I encountered an issue similar to the one discussed in this topic: ExpressAnalyst error incompatible indices
I have been using the Docker version of ExpressAnalyst to process raw data into a count table. The process initially ran smoothly, completing all 8 samples in less than four hours. However, I received the following error message:
Error: incompatible indices. Found version 7197487348455082783, expected version 10.
I have attached the job logs for your review.
