I have been experiencing issues with MetaboAnalyst for more than a week.
In the Statistical Analysis (One-Factor) module, I receive a troubleshooting error stating that there is a problem with my dataset. However, this does not seem to be the case.
The dataset uploads correctly and I am able to perform data transformation and normalization, although the results are not displayed properly. When I proceed to downstream analyses, such as PLS-DA, the tool redirects to an error page.
The same behavior occurs with multiple datasets, including datasets that were successfully analyzed with the same workflow in previous months. This suggests the issue may not be dataset-specific.
Could you please let me know if this is a known issue or if there is ongoing maintenance or a recent update affecting these modules?
