Hello, I got ‘Error in qs::qread(filenm) : QS format not detected’ when running ‘PerformPSEA(mSet, lib = “hsa_mfn”, permNum = 1000)’ using MetaboAnalystR. I see ‘has_mfn.qs’ was downloaded. I did not get this error when running the same function a few months ago.
Likely due to the deprecated qs R package. Please make sure the library and qs format are matched. We are moving to qs2.
