Error in multifactor analysis

I am having trouble analyzing my results with the Multiple Linear Regression with Covariate Adjustment in the Marker Data Profiling.

Steps:

1. Uploaded data with marker data profiling

2. made sure all variables were categorical

   

3. skipped data filtering / removed zero

4. applied total-sum scaling

5. selected multifactor analysis

6. set comparison and blocking factors (generates results)

   

7. added sample ID for random effects to control for repeated measures (generates error)

note: I get the same error even if sample ID is a continuous variable
