I am currently facing a problem with Hierarchical Clustering Heatmaps in MetaboAnalyst.
After uploading my proteomic data, I am performing Statistics → Heatmap in other view options when I select use top (number) in T test/ANOVA everything works fine, but when I want to visualize the top (number, example 25) and choose Abundance (average) in the drop down menu, I am facing a problem, the software is displaying all the data and not just the top 25 and I don’t know how to solve this issue.
