Hello,
I’m having trouble uploading my data for LCMS data processing in Metaboanalyst version 5.0.
When I upload the zipped files the data process fine, but when I try to upload the metadata table I get the message: Error, (insert filename) is missing from uploaded files.
I’ve double and triple checked that the filenames of the data files match the content of the .txt file as well as trying a version of the datafile that does have the .zip extension. Not sure how else to troubleshoot and really appreciate any suggestions you can offer.
