We have a major revision of the article and 10 days to fix it, and I can’t complete any graphs or anything because it’s not working. I can’t solve it on my own.
Please, I don’t know how to solve this. Above, I uploaded the files I worked with in December in MicrobiomeAnalyst, and they worked then. I don’t understand what is happening now. Many thanks for your help
Are you trying to edit samples out at the data filtering step? I found a fix for my problem, I would edit the samples out and then get the same error message as you, but if you first submit the data for filtering, you should be able to proceed, then you can go back and filter out the samples. I think if you hit submit again you will have the same problem but it seems that if you edit them, dont submit, but still proceed the samples will not be included. I hope this makes sense and works for you
