Hello,
I tried to do a omics analysis (RNAseq+metabolomic) using OmicsNet. After I uploaded data, picked database, then came to the “Multi-omics Network Overview & Customization” page. But after filterrs applied, and click proceed, there’s an error shows “choose a network” even if I have chosen one. If I refresh the page, the proceed turns light green and I cannot click anymore.
The process was OK 7/3, but it stopped working since 7/4.
