Downloading fold change of individual biological replicate

When calculating fold change, how can I get the fold change of individual biological replicate (eg. Fold change of treatment to vehicle in biological replicate 1, 2, 3, 4) instead of fold change of the group as a whole (eg. Fold change of treatment to vehicle)? I could view the individual fold change in the graph but it wasn’t available to download in the table.

Those two things you refer to are the same - biological replicates are samples within one group if you use Statistics [one factor]. If you have extra factors, then you should use Statistics [metadata table]. In either case, make sure your data formats are correct by inspect our example datasets.
