Hello,
I am performing pathway analysis on metabolomics data however due to R dependency and cloud computing I am unable to download the R MetaboAnalyst package.
I was just wondering if it is possible to download the database used by MetaboAnalyst for pathway analysis so I can investigate the pathways in R?
