Does Metaboanalyst admit negative numbers?

Hi everyone,
I would like to know if Metaboanalyst admits negative numbers because when I upload the file txt attached in this message, Metaboanalyst makes t-test, volcano but the FC is not right.

MetaboAnalyst performs analysis (including FC) when the uploaded data are in its supported formats (see our many examples and tutorials).

  • What is the data type?
  • Why it contains so many negative numbers?
  • Does it belong to any data types supported by the tool?
  • …

If the uploaded data are outside the intended scope of application, it is up to users to take the risk and interpret the results.
