Hi, I was trying to run the dimensionality reduction with my data. No matter which method and which pair of files I chose to run the system kept showing me a “Dimension reduction failed!” error message. There was no error telling me something was wrong with my data when I uploaded it, and it was smooth to go through all the preprocessing/QC before this step. The example data you provided was successful, so I am confused is there anything missing in order to run the reduction? Hope someone can help me with this issue. Thank you!
