Can MetaboAnalyst 6.0 handle the DIA MS/MS data obtained from Agilent Q-TOF system ?

Yes. MetaboAnalyst 6.0 (Spectral Processing Module) has been updated. Both DDA and SWATH-DIA are supported. Please have a try.
