I used the Statistical Analysis (One Factor) module with my previously uploaded dataset (same file as before_https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Y_68_w5D2wugzr2K5-leXlNBJwbnJtCwXHg0li8eI68/edit?gid=1899045644#gid=1899045644).
After the recent update, my previous dataset no longer produces the same results. About 29910 data points are not read during upload, and around 10,000 remain missing after the data filtering step(see attached screenshots).
In the Data Filtering step, it shows:
- “Removed 29,910 based on the cutoff”
- “Reduced 10,000 features”
Additionally, in the Data Upload / Missing Value Exclusion section, the option “Remove features with > 50% missing values” sometimes becomes fixed and cannot be changed to 20%, which may affect the results.
As a result, the Volcano Plot and 2D PCA outputs have changed compared to the results before the update. Could you please check if this issue is related to the new version?
