I am trying to upload my data for functional prediction using Tax4Silva tool. I am uploading my OTU file with taxonomy and sequence, as well as my metadata but I keep getting the error " Error!
Possible causes of error (last one being the most relevant):
Errors in parsing your data as numerical - possible reason: comma as decimal separator?" My OTU/ASV table header is like this- “#NAME ce45-7 ce45-11 ce45-15 ce45-2 ce45-9 ce45-4 ce-21-1 ce-21-3 ce-21-17 ce45-12 ce45-16 ce45-14 ce-21-7 ce-21-5 ce-21-10 ce-21-11 ce-21-8 ce-21-12 ce45-13 ce45-8 ce-21-2 ce45-5 ce-21-6 ce-21-4 ce45-17 ce-21-9 ce45-18 ce45-10 ce45-6 ce45-1 ce-21-18 ce-21-16 ce-21-15 ce-21-14 ce45-3 ce-21-13 taxonomy Sequence” I have also confirmed that all samples contain numeric values. I have a tab-delimited .txt file. I would appreciate your help.

What is the expected format for a OTU/ASV table with taxonomy and sequences. My goal is to be able to run functional prediction using Tax4fun
