Is there a way to check the different module status without entering? I can’t access Spectra Upload but i can access to all the other modules.
Also, we are trying to input via Spectra Upload 145 different sample spectra (less than 50 MB each)). We are currently not capable to upload it entirely to the web server (either the web “kicks us out” or the “Generic Error Landing Page” appears); and trying OptiLCMS-MetaboAnalystR, the processing gives RAM memory errors (due to pc capacity) by following the code of MetaboAnalystR Raw Processing via OptiLCMS Module and instead of reading the zips, reading directly from the mzML files. Are there any options to simplify it in order to be able to process it without problems?
