Cell borders showing when downloading heatmap as PDF

Hi,
I remember in previous Metaboanalyst versions there was an option for heatmap to show or not to show cell borders. Now in ver6.0, seems there is no such option and the heatmap appears online without cell borders. However when I download as PDF, the cell borders do appear. Anyone knows I can I get them not appear in the PDF export?
Thanks!

This is in one-factor statistical analyses at least. I have the same problem with heatmap figures showing borders but regardless of what filetype I export to. it has to do with using own colors for groups. The cell borders and other parameters, like row width, font size etc go haywire when setting own colors. Especially true for .svg. But if i leave the default colors, then I don’t know what the color codes are, as they are all presented as ‘0’. Which is a problem, if I want to use a figure of a metabolite feature’s levels from an anova model, and also a heatmap, and the default colors are not the same.
