Due to data confidentiality, we must use the MetaboAnalystR Package. However, the version of MetaboAnalystR on github is 3.2.0, which does not match the usage effect on the website. Could you provide the latest MetaboanalystR 6.0
I have registered to say this exact thing! The package contains many deprecated functions which make it hard to follow the tutorial and utilise. Would appreciate any update from the authors. Many thanks.
This is a misunderstanding. MetaboAnalyst web platform is 6.0, which is based on MetaboAnalystR 4.0 (lastest release: 4.2.0) The web and R versions do not share the same numerical values, yet

It is the opposite. The R package is updated frequently. However, the tutorial for R package is outdated. The best way is to use the web platform (and refer to the R command history as guidance)
