When I input the gene names and the Metabo names for joint pathway analysis, none of the genes’ ID type matched with the C elegans dataset. With all kinds of ID types, the results always showed no gene hit. Could anyone please help me with this issue?

Only the genes included in the corresponding library will be matched. It is possible that none of those genes can be matched despite they are valid. Please share you data or an reprodubile example with me to have a look.
