I have recently tried to upload data for batch effect correction.
I formated my csv file according to the sample including Sample name, Classes and Batches as single merged file with ComBat method and LoD (1/5 min) for value estimation without any QCs.
When I clicked upload there was always error message popping up below.
I also tried with the data that worked before but now it do not work anymore.
