I’m trying to use the batch correction module but I keep getting this message “This page indicates an unknown error that is unique to your data and parameters.”
I have tried very carefully to format the dataset in the same way as in example 2.
My dataset is pretty large ( 772 samples + QCs and 1303 peaks). Does the module have an upper limit regarding the size of the dataset?
