Hi All
I created a file with the format matching the single file submission example data in the ‘batch effect correction’ tab but I keep getting a non-specific error saying :
ErrorYour data is not eligible for this method!
Possible causes of error (last one being the most relevant):
Unknown Error Occured
My file works when I upload it to the statistical analysis section but not in the batch correction section.
I tried with and without pool samples and several other things.
I am happy to send my data file if anyone can look at it (13.6mb)? Or is there an interpretation of that error that I can use?
