I am running ASCA analysis on my data to investigate significant parameters and their interaction. I have 3 sample classes with 8 time points, and I now face the issue that for the significant pattern plots, only 5 time points are shown in the legend of the graphs. Has anyone else experienced this or has an idea how to solve this?
