I am using ANOVA Simultaneous Component Analysis (ASCA) and when i put a Leverage threshold of 0.9 for example I find that metaboanalyst gives to me as significant features metabolites with a Leverage 0,02 or 0,023 and i dont understand if these to items of Leverage are the same or if they are different. Because if the firts leverage threshold is exactly the same number as the second there is an error.
