After Limma meta-analysis in Metaboanalyst, within available downloads, and provided that the available file “normalized data” refers only to data obtained after data normalization alone, I ignore whether a data file output integrating normalization + covariates (i.e. estimates) is available. I greatly acknowledge feed back, and, if not available, it could be a suggestion to future Metaboanalyst upgrades; thanks for your help in advance.
