3D PCA plot - How to export high resolution image

Hello,

I am attempting to export a high resolution version of a 3D PCA plot. The output from the download button is insufficient for publication quality.

I read a post from June 9th explaining to scale the image in the browser and stitch together screenshots.

I attempted to do this, however the resolution of the PCA plot is poor when zooming in with the browser. I have attempted this with multiple browsers with the same issue.

Is there any alternative strategy to get a high resolution export of the 3D PCA plot? Would installing the R package allow for more customization of the images?

Please refer to this post. You mentioned that “… resolution of the PCA plot is poor when zooming in with the browser” - have you tried mouse scroll or track pad (with your pointer inside the graphics area)?
