I am trying to have a 3D-PCA plot of 3 groups with 3-time points. I wish to be able to have three different shapes for each group and change the scale of PC1, PC2, and PC3. Are there any ways that I can do that.
This is certainly possible but not on our priority to-do list, due to limited resource. It is better addressed through the “pro” or subscription channel.
