Making this post as the site recommended joining and using the forums to report issues/bugs. I have been a long-time user of Metaboanalyst, and I am currently trying to reanalyze some data which I have successfully analyzed in Metaboanalyst before to make publication-quality figures. However, I am finding that I am unable to generate volcano plots (as others have reported) as well as heatmaps. I also am noticing that for PCA, PLSDA and sPLSDA 3D plots, the size and position of confidence ellipsoids seem to be off (they are both too large and shifted away from the population). Is this a user issue or a known problem with Metaboanalyst, and, if the former, how should I troubleshoot? Thanks for your time.
Volcano plots and heatmaps are now working again. However, confidence ellipsoids on 3D PCA and PLSDA plots still seem to be quite off in terms of size and position.
I had issues with MetaboAnalyst this week also, I am too trying to reanalyze data. I cannot see the most important features graphs from PLS-DA and some analyses are taking longer than usual to perform. Has anyone experienced similar issues recently?
