Hello, I am using the statistical analysis (metadata table) module to preform ANOVA2 but I am having issues when generating the venn diagrams. All if the values are listed as 0 ( even the bottom right corner when the # of metabolites without significance are listed). All other features within this module work, so it doens’t appear to be an issue with my files.
Other colleagues are having the same issue.
Any advice?
