I have been using MetaboAnalyst for about a year now. I am trying to analyze my data and view the feature clustering using a heatmap. Everything seems to be working fine except when I try to edit the datasheet by inputting the names of the features. Anytime I select the cut-off of the feature to be displayed, it doesn’t return the heatmap for me.
Can someone advise on what I must do?

For troubleshooting, we need to reproduce the issue. It is very hard to perform “remote diagnosis” with limited information, as many errors are specific to your data and your operations. Please make sure all the information below are provided in your post:
- Which tool and which module
- incomplete: only tool name provided
- Provide a copy of your data, or indicate which example data you used
- incomplete: only partial input provided
- Document all steps leading to the issue. Sometimes screenshots may be necessary
