Error in Data Editor - Edit groups error

In Data Editor> Edit Groups: after excluding some groups to make available only 2 groups > submitting and reapplying normalization > then when I try to visualize the Volcano Plot this error message appears:

  • ErrorThe method is only applicable for two-group data analysis! You can use Data Editor => Edit Groups to specify two groups of interest for analysis.
