Thanks for developing such a useful tool. I am utilizing MetaboAnalystR4.0 for my analysis.
I have recently been using MSEA for my analysis and have noticed that the server response is extremely slow, taking up to 15-20min to calculate the function CalculateHyperSore each time.
This did not occur in the days of MetaboAnalyst 5.0. Can you please help me see if there’s anything wrong?

Could be related to downloading the library multiple times (should be cached after the 1st time). Are you calling the function from the same folder?
Yes. Every time I run the code from the same folder, it will take 15mins.
