Wrong template - must the same length as the group number! in pattern search

Hi,
When running the pattern search with any option suggested in “Primary metadata (editable) option I get this error: " Wrong template - must the same length as the group number!”
the patterns seems to suit my metadata: 4 treatments : Cmc-Kras-Pg-PgpKras with suggested patters such as: 1-2-3-4.
Attached my input files. I would appriciate your help
